I moved the line to the top port (A) and it works now.   The bottom port looked good, but it is messed up

this computer is INCREDIBLY Slow and still on 
windows 10. Given that it is from 2014, highly 
recommend pdr and get a different setup, will email

went back to update computer, it is connected and 
working with ethernet. However the orginial ticket 
says interminate.

The issue appears to be at the wall jack.   will have to reterminate the jack

locked, so it’s available any time, there will be 
someone in one of the offices nearby to answer 
questions.

Hello,

We have a workstation plugged in to the ethernet, 
but it will occasionally not connect.  We have 
unplugged and replugged, restarted the computer 
and changed the cable and it still will come and 
go.   Could it be the port? 

The location is The Cottage 223
