The Xerox Phaser 3260 with the red light is alerting 
for a drum replacement. I've notified Clayton and JD 
of the issue. They may decide to replace the device 
with a Xerox B230.

Clayton stopped by to get our help with two printers that are not 
printing. 

Xerox 3260 has a red status light on. No error, but it just shuts down 
and goes red. Can't print to it. 

The other printer, Xerox B230 will turn on and function but when 
trying to connect to it from a laptop it does not show up as Xerox 
B230, it shows up/connect to another printer. The printer does not 
recognize it's being connected to the laptop and ends up not 
receiving any documents in queue to print. 

It also shows up as Xerox B230TLV which they are not sure what that 
means or what printer that is. 

They need to print @7pm tonight, but ultimately are hoping to get a 
loaner printer set up for a bunch of printing happening during the 
weekend.
