Hi Micah,

I need some additional information regarding service request #84647

Description: Unable to shutdown or restart computer 

I can take a look at it today if the room is open or if someone is there that can let me in,

otherwise I am also able to look at this tomorrow when you are present.

I have a feeling it is an antivirus issue as we have switched antivirus products and these are common issues associated with that.

Hi Sam,

Thank you so much for the quick reply. Here is my 
schedule for the next two days. 

9/11-8-3:30pm in RWEC 133
9/12-8:30-1pm in RWEC, I can leave office open and 
will be in building.

My name is Micah in RWEC 133. I was wondering if 
someone would be able to support me with my Dell 
desktop. It has been running very slow, and I 
think it is because it will not shut down or 
restart, even when I have forced tried. Below 
please find my information for the desktop. You 
all have permission to enter my office if that 
helps, although I will be on campus tomorrow and 
am happy to let you in.
