Hi Holly,

Description: Update OS & Sync Icloud - Admin needed 

As long as you have made sure all your files are backed up, I am able to provide a loaner for a small period of time while we reimage your main laptop.

We are available at noon and I can leave a loaner unit up at the front desk as imaging takes a few hours (3-4 sometimes).

Hello, 

When I tried to sync my iCloud and update 
software, it showed authentication was disabled 
and wouldn't accept my passcode. Can you help me 
with this? I will be on campus tomorrow and 
Thursday, so please let me know when would be a
