That's my bad! Jack reached out to me and I
mentioned anytime after 1 works great; I have
nowhere to be after then and I'll be in the office.

The keyboard and mouse are wireless; I just
plugged and unplugged the mouse and no luck there.
I'm not sure where the keyboard usb connector is,
however. I apologize if that's no help.

Joseph,

Thank you for giving those a try! Are you able to
try unplugging and replugging the keyboard and
mouse? If that doesn't work, I can instruct our
techs to bring a mouse and keyboard with them.

Best,
Sam

Thank you for the tips! I just restarted
everything; my laptop is now mirroring on one of
the monitors, while the other won't turn on. From
what I can see, everything seems to be plugged in,
as well, but nothing from the desktop functions
are responding independently. The desktop mouse is
still frozen and the desktop keyboard won't
respond either when I try to press
"CTRL+ALT+Delete".

Good Morning, UCS Team!

Both of my desktop monitors aren't
working/responding; my mouse seems to also be
frozen. One of the monitors is able to show the
login screen, but I'm not able to get beyond that.
Any help would be appreciated! I'm in the WUC,
office 212A. Thanks!

Joseph Gloria
