Had to hard power it off, trying to log in 
with only the keyboard and mouse plugged in

I got it to load the log in screen. Debbie 
tried to sign in and the screens went dark, 
and all the USB ports lost power, but the 
power light on the machine was still on

probly power supply, maybe from power outage 
monday.She said she hadn't been in office since 
thursday

Debbie called to report that her computer won't 
shutdown or turn on and is flashing a yellow light 
constantly. She is currently unable to use her 
device and is requesting for assistance.
