bring loaner to swap for main front desk PC while we reimage, download basic image and bestow admin rights so they can put medicat / whatever else they may need on their computer.

We open at 9 and are closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. We have staff training on Monday until 1:00 p.m. Anytime after that and the rest of the week should be fine.

We use Medicat for our scheduling software but can install that ourselves. Otherwise we just use the standard Word, etc.

Hi Trisha,

Description: install NVMe on SHCC Front Desk Reception computer 20190666[Edit Inv]

Would there be a good time next week to go over installation of the new drive and transfer data from the old drive?

I'd anticipate we'd need to bring a loaner for the time while this is being done, and I wanted to inquire what special software you may need during that time for the front desk PC.
