Also to note that since this is a Macbook setup for 
admin right permissions to be assigned and enabled, 
Kindra would need to be there to login to the device

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #84685

Description: Computer for New Hire

The Macbook is assigned and ready for Kindra 
Steenerson.

Do you know if a monitor or dock is needed for the 
office? I didn't see from the previous equipment 
return have anything other than the laptop.

Are there any additional software that needs to be 
installed that isn't installed from the base 
install? Adobe, Chrome, Firefox, Office Suite, VLC, 
and Zoom are currently installed.

Lastly, when would be a convenient time for the 
equipment be brought over? UCS availability for 
techs are Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

20200877 is the computer that was brought in last 
month, but it was GFA, so they should just get a gfa 
pool? laptop
