Hayley Cook, DW Peer Advisor, just called saying 
the computer won't turn on. 

They confirmed they pressed the power button on 
the PC tower but still no luck.

appeared to be random blip of google, working now

it was more of a google issue rather than a computer 
hardware. Advised on how to get around issues with 
google slides, i.e downloading/signing out/using new 
computer
