issue present at arrival, flashing orange on button. 
Power cycling did not fix. reset cmos battery. fixed 
issue

Hayley Cook, DW Peer Advisor, just called saying 
the computer won't turn on. 

They confirmed they pressed the power button on 
the PC tower but still no luck.
