Hi Hilda,

Normally because you have the full equipment which 
includes, your laptop, peripherals, and monitors it 
would be done in your office.

Since you stated that you don't have an office yet 
you can get your laptop if you wish at UCS near 
parking lot A.
At the front desk just show your ID and we will give 
you your computer.

If you do get an office then we can schedule a time 
for you to have the other equipment setup for you.

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for reaching out to me about this. The base 
install is enough for what I need and I do not need 
any additional software beyond that. Also, I do not 
have an office on campus yet, so I will have to pick 
it up at UCS unless it has to be delivered to my 
Department. I am available and can pick up on Monday 
as early as 10am if that works for you. Please let 
me know and we can go from there.

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #84756

Description: set up for Hilda Djokotoe W20240065

Your Macbook is ready to go.

Are there any additional software that needs to be 
installed that isn't installed from the base 
install? Adobe, Chrome, Firefox, Office Suite, VLC, 
and Zoom are currently installed.

Lastly, when would be a convenient time for the 
equipment be brought over? UCS availability for 
techs are Monday - Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM.
