I do not have it figured out. It is now showing up 
on my computer, and I was able to add my user 
code... but when I try printing it just stays in 
the queue and when I try to click on it a message 
pops up that says "operation can not be 
completed."

Hello Anna,

I believe it is \\threesisters\ed-copier - if you 
copy and paste this into the URL / search bar at 
the top of a file explorer window and hit enter, 
this should automatically add the right printer.

This copier is code locked and you will need to 
enter your user code to print to the machine. If 
you need help with this, I am able to send some 
instructions over or I am able to come over in 
person some time after 3pm.

Hello Anna,

Three sisters is the name of the print server in 
which all the printers available to staff and 
faculty are listed. Do you need access to the 
upstairs or downstairs copier? With this 
information I should be able to provide you a link 
that you can input into your file explorer's 
search bar and it should add it right for you.

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to connect my work computer to the printer her at the Richard Woodcock Education Center but the 
Three Sisters printer is not showing up as an option to print from or connect to. I was able to get my old 
Grad Assist computer to connect to the printer with my account, but I've moved offices and have a different 
computer that won't seem to connect at all.

Please let me know if someone can come take a look at it for me and help me get connected so I can print.
