Printers were added - not communication to JAMF, sudo jamf recon / update and renew wouldn't work. Bind AD / unbind in self service wouldn't work. 

Wants to inquire about GFA funding, would rather have a new laptop.

Hi Xiaopeng,

I need some additional information regarding service request #84777

Description: Laptop help/201811389

We are able to assure that excel among other Microsoft apps are downloaded on your device, as well as put the new printer on your device, however we do not have spare macbook chargers and a purchase request would need to be put in for a new one.

I am available this Friday if you would like me to meet you at your office this Friday @ 10am for me to install microsoft apps as well as the new printer.

Hello!

This is Xiaopeng from DEL. I am writing to see if 
it is possible to set up an appointment to get 
some help to update my working laptop:

1). Installing Excel software;
2). Installing software for printing at COE 
printers;
3). Need a new charger and cord (the old one 
doesn't work).

I will be on campus this Friday 10am-12pm; and 
next Monday 2-4pm. Could you let me know if any of 
the time slots work.
