Called to report that she is unable to fully use 
Medicat because she lacks the "Remote Scan" 
function. 

When she tries to scan it gives her this error: 

"Registration and Unlock from Workstation". 


Jacqlyn Vazquez is available till 1pm today and 
all day tomorrow.
