Sorry, but I work remotely on Mondays so I am not available today.  
And I am tied up tomorrow morning.  However, please be aware that 
UCS actually has that computer on their premises and has tried to 
work on it, but have  recommended I request a new computer which I 
will do a bit later once I am not so bogged down in time sensitive 
projects.  I currently have a loaner from UCS which is working just 
fine.

This is Ian from UCS. I noticed that we have not gotten over to look at 
your computer yet. If it is still closing randomly and running slow I 
would love to make some time to come look at it. I'm here until 
3:30pm today and come back tomorrow from 8am-12pm. Is there a 
good time for you?

Description: Computer Closes Randomly and Is really slow

We think it may be best for you to put in a computer replacement request to get a new machine in place of this desktop.

You are able to put in a replacement request through your portal homepage, under Programs for Everyone, should be a tab titled computer replacement.

will just go black and still be on - keyboard and mouse (over usb passthrough on monitors) stop working

It doesn't work with three monitors. It starts up at first and then it will black out after a while when all monitors are plugged in, unsure if that happened when it was connected to a single monitor when it was being imaged here at UCS or what. I wanted to try a different video card if we could find an extra one. Either that, or some way to connect 3 monitors to the integrated graphics

Good Afternoon Debbie,

Unfortunately, it looks like the issue that was 
causing your computer to slow down and have issues 
was relating to Sophos like we discussed. However 
it is having some issues uninstalling, luckily 
there is an easy fix for this, we can uninstall 
and reinstall the entire operating system on the 
computer. Which will also clear up any issues on 
the drives as well, plus you'll be upgraded to 
windows 11. 

With this, I could have it done by end of day 
today(around 4pm) but it would result in all files 
saved to the local machine to be deleted. 
Everything in H: or I: Drive would remain as they 
are network drives. Just wanted to check with you 
first before anything?
