Hi Crystal,
I was looking online and the only replacement part 
I can find is on ebay for $57.44. It's normally a 
$16 dollar part but it isn't available from a 
normal supplier because the device is 11 
years old. Is there any reason you need to 
continue using this printer when you have the 
Ricoh copier as a cheaper option?

Good morning,

The printer in my area is not working. When the 
tech came over last time, there was an arm that 
was breaking. Yesterday it completely broke off 
and now I can't print. I have the piece that broke 
off.

The printer number is #20130699[Edit Inv] and I am in room 
101. Thanks!
