David cloned the drives for the desktops and they have proper windows images on them and are named / in AD properly. They may have to be moved in AD to the right destination still, and Noah said that the Citrix workspace app is a requirement of theirs.

Hi Cara,

I need some additional information regarding service request #84913

Description: W20240180 and W20240181 replacing student workroom equipment 

These computers will be ready to install next week and we were wondering if there was a good time between Tuesday-Friday to install them in the cottage. 

Also, I was wanting to inquire if any special software was needed to be installed on these machines.
