We are done!!!! Got ethernet turned on by Paul and 
installed the software they needed for their vinyl 
cutter. We had a couple issues with the software 
for cutter but it is not wou tagged. So we are 
going to let them try and figure it out. 

Priority changed from (1) Highest Priority to (3) Priority.

Task reassigned to UCS Tech.

Priority changed from (2) High Priority to (1) Highest Priority.

ok so....... Installed the computer and 
peripherals/monitor. However this room has zero 
ethernet capabilities at this time. Joanie is 
willing to take this computer back as a return. 
They are making a decision on if they can move the 
cutter to a different room or if a laptop can run 
the software they need. Contact should be 
ericfreye@wou.edu. 

We are giving them until Friday the 22nd to make 
this decision.

This is Dyllan from UCS again. We had some issues 
with one of our software's that we need to use 
before we go install. This made us not able to 
come out this Wednesday. I just got in the office 
and our software looks like its up and running. I 
should have this computer ready about 10am today. 
I remember you said you might have time today, is 
that still a possibility?

Also is there any special software you will need 
for this computer?

Gave Laura a call, The people who are needing this 
equipment are in a meeting tell 3pm today. They 
should call UCS back around that time today. We 
just need to set up a time to install this 
equipment. (20240182) If no techs are available 
when they call back, you can set up a time Tuesday 
after 12pm to 5pm or anytime Friday and assign it 
to Dyllan Coons.
