the computer needs to be reimaged. I tried: putting key in. Logging into my profile instead of admin profile, no luck. Uninstalling and reinstalling and no luck. Every time, you put the key in, and instead of a denial / confirmation window as normal, nothing happens and it goes into the software like it is licensed. then, when you close and reopen it, it prompts for a key again.

Greetings, 

I am emailing as I don't think we have a 
resolution for the Pasco Capstone install on 
20210743[Edit Inv]. I believe one possible work around was 
to install the license directly on an individual's 
account, but we never circled back to that. I 
really only have one group in my morning class 
that needs to use the software on this machine as 
the other classes are smaller and we can get by 
without this machine. We could enter the key on 
one student's account to get them through the lab 
tomorrow or is there any other solution? We've 
been trying to get a fully functioning lab since 
the power surge before term. I'd be happy if we 
swapped out machines or anything just to get our 
functionality. Thanks for any updates,

My instructor station was showing a trial that was 
scheduled to expire in November and now says it is 
expired. I am adding this detail as this machine 
was my backup for the one in the previous email. 
Please add this to the SR.

Greetings,

I received an email showing this service request 
was closed, but unfortunately the issue continues 
to persist on computer 20210743[Edit Inv]. I logged in and 
Capstone shows an expired trial version, and I 
just had a student log in as well and it shows the 
same. Please advise on starting a new service 
request or restarting the old. We are currently in 
lab if someone is available to see how this is 
behaving.

Licensed all computers. It seems an update for Pasco 
got pushed. When a new update happens it asks for a 
new license key.

The lab has no classes in it today. If access is 
needed, I can be there between soon and 12pm 
today. I believe Beeb or the division office can 
provide access as well this afternoon. I will also 
be in tomorrow a little after 7am.

I am wondering if a tech can check 20210743[Edit Inv] in NS 
217 as it still shows an expired trial for 
Capstone. We have class tomorrow (Wednesday) at 
8:00am and it would be very helpful to have all 
the lab stations available. I know this is a 
weird/challenging bug. Thanks,

We currently have two computers that are again 
claiming a trial version of Capstone is installed. 
20210743[Edit Inv] says the trial is expired (both on my 
account and a students) and 20210742[Edit Inv] has a trial 
expiring December 9, 2024 on a student account (I 
have yet to check my account as we are currently 
using the computers). Please update the service 
ticket with this information. Thanks,

Seems like the Capstone licenses might be user based 
instead of computer based. Put key on some computers 
with my account. Other accounts weren't active when 
we went to take a look at their status. Instructor 
station still needs to be activated.

The instructor station and the 6 lab stations all 
have Pasco Capstone trial version installed. We 
need to enter the key for our site license. I hope

Jack and I went and fixed the computers that werent 
turning on. Needed to change Raid on to AHCI and 
change display to auto instead of integrated. We 
also added the licence to PascoCapstone.

Greetings,

I am inquiring about any update on the service 
request for the remaining computers in NS 217. We 
have been down 3 of 6 machines since the first 
tech visit near the beginning of the term and are 
urgently needing to have our computers fully 
functional for labs and more. Classes run MWF 8-10 
and 12-2, but otherwise the lab is open. I am 
happy to set up access if needed. I am in the lab 
MWF 7:30-2:30 (typically) and available TR with 
notice. Beeb and the division office can also 
provide access. Thanks for any update you have.

Hi Mary, 

Thanks for the quick response. I see that three of 
the six computers are now up and running. Is there 
a way I can check on the status of the service 
request ticket? While the issue was not urgent on 
Monday (the first day of classes), we do use the 
lab computers often every week. NS 217 has classes 
MWF 8-10am and 12-2pm. I am happy to be around if 
a tech needs access. I am typically around 8am-
2pm, but can be here another time if needed.

Greetings,

I want to note that the current issues in NS 217 
do not require immediate attention as I know 
things can be a bit hectic on the first day of the 
term. Here are the current issues in NS 217:
the six lab stations (20210746[Edit Inv], 20210745[Edit Inv] 
,20210744[Edit Inv], 20210743[Edit Inv], 20210742[Edit Inv], 20210741) are 
currently down. I hope to use them Wednesday, but 
can make alternate plans if needed. I have 
unplugged and tried to reboot but they all seem 
stuck in a shut-down mode with the power button 
illuminated but nothing responds.
the instructor station in NS 217 currently has a 
trial version of Pasco installed that is scheduled 
to expire in November. With the windows update, I 
am unsure of where the licensing information is. I 
am happy to install/update using my admin rights 
if you can direct me. I suspect this may be the 
same for the other computers mentioned above but 
won't know until they are operational.  
the instructor station in NS 217 has a functional 
mouse (dell 20100850) but the smart classroom 
mouse (gyration) has stopped working. I am not 
sure if this is due to the windows change or 
something else. This is not urgent, but a change 
since the classroom was updated.
