I was able to locate this device on the desk in ITC 
009. I emailed Alyssa and she is aware it has been 
found. I'm closing this ticket.

Hi Sam,

Thanks for getting back to me on that one. I'm 
trying to chase down every lead I can find while 
I'm waiting for our admin to get back to me.

I'm as sure as I can be that the laptop is not in 
our office. I'm also as sure as I can be that it 
did go to you all to be reimaged (long story there 
but it was accidentally sent in place of 20181454[Edit Inv] 
and 20181453[Edit Inv] due to a miscommunication in office) 
and we haven't seen it since it was sent to you. 

I'll keep checking into things in the office and 
trying to get the original SR number from our 
admin. I appreciate you looking into things on 
your end in the meantime!

I firmly remember picking up and helping reimage the 
two laptops listed in SR 83561 and I don't remember 
them giving us a 3rd device.

Good Morning Alyssa, 

The ticket# is a big help! We do have records for 
SR# 83561 and it looks like our tech delivered the 
laptop to APSC upon completion of the reimage. 
This ticket however does not mention 20170347[Edit Inv]... 
it refers to reimaging 20181454[Edit Inv] & 20181453[Edit Inv].... 

The last ticket we have for 20170347[Edit Inv] was assigned 
under you, SR 81738. The ticket states that you 
picked up the device on November 20, 2023 and that 
is the last record we have of this device. 

We are still keeping our eyes out for this device 
but we do not believe UCS has the device.... Do 
you have any other email correspondences from UCS 
related to 20170347[Edit Inv]?

I have an email messaged from Andrew Zhen 
(forwarded from Sarah Ratto) stating that there 
was a laptop from ODS re-imaged and ready to be 
picked up on July 15. That is under #83561. Do you 
all have records on your end which laptop that was 
and what happened to it?

Hi again Sam,

Just an update on our end. Our admin is still 
looking for the service request number, but she 
submits most requests for our office and hasn't 
had any luck tracking it down yet. 

From my memory, the laptop (20170347) should've 
been delivered to you in spring term (my best 
guess is middle of the term), for a re-image. We 
haven't gotten it back from you all yet so are 
trying to track it down. We had four other laptops 
reimaged by you since then and all four of those 
are back in our office.

Good morning, 

My name is Sarah Ratto and I work at DAS as a 
transcriber/interpreter. Over the summer, we had a 
couple of our iPads and laptops reimagined, 
however we haven't been able to locate one laptop 
since. The laptop's code is: 20170347[Edit Inv] and is often 
referred to as "Set 3."

We think it might still be at your office, so if 
you wouldn't mind checking, that would be greatly 
appreciated.
