Hi Elena,
After looking around a bit we did end up finding 
the laptop Ikaika sent us to set up for you.
I was looking in our new equipment set up 
ticketing pool but the ticket wasn't flagged in 
that because it isn't a new device.
I guess the device I set up for you today was 
Ikaika's. It's probably best to swap things out to 
make sure everything is in its right place. I can 
come bring you this laptop and switch things over 
for you if you would like.

Laptop is up to date and ready to be picked up.

Stopped by to see if it is ready for pickup, it is 
not. Brady and I opened it up and it keeps 
crashing. 

Told Elena we will give her a call when it is 
ready. Told her it would likely be ready somewhere 
next week.

Ikaika stopped by to drop off 20211247[Edit Inv]. This 
laptop will be assigned to Elena Jucarez Arellano. 
They will be a hybrid worker T/TH and is located 
in Todd 220. 

An arrival notice has not been sent by HR yet as 
of today.
