Talked to Nathan, he suggested to disable 
the USB display, I wasn't able to through 
the monitor so I just mirrored the 2 
displays on the Mac itself

The mac is showing 2 display outputs for 
some reason, I turned off auto select on 
the monitor and set it to HDMI, and that 
seemed to solve the monitor not showing the 
log in screen problem but the Mac still 
shows 2 outputs

instructor is currently in class and is having 
trouble signing in to the computer. 

they claim that the computer is only showing a 
blank screen with no cursor or sign in option for 
them to log in.
