Description: Monitor blinking & not functioning 
properly 

I was taking a look at this ticket, what resolution 
did you want from this monitor? Did you want us to 
replace it? I'm not sure we can fix it.

assessment. Logan reports that the monitor rapidly 
blinks and interferes with usage.
