Went and took a look at this set up. Unplugged it and 
plugged it back in. Specifically while the laptop was 
closed and the issue resolved itself.

Good Morning Holly,

Does unplugging and replugging your keyboard and 
mouse do anything? 

If not, what is the WOU# of your laptop and 
monitor? I will get a service request ticket for 
our techs to assist you with this!

Hello, 

My office mouse and keyboard are not working, so I 
wanted to know if someone could stop by to look at 
my monitor. That would be great. I am on campus 
all day today through Thursday. My V # is 
v00378080, and my office number is APSC 232. Thank
