I think I've cleared up the issue your computer 
was having and I also upgraded the operating 
system to the latest. I would like you to try to 
login again to make sure we don't have to delete 
your profile.

Grabbed Emily's device and it's on my desk. I gave 
her W20170674 as a loaner. I've already removed 
sophos from her device and I'm currently updating 
the OS. Her computer is spinning the beachball of 
death and the screen is flickering black very 
often.

Located in Bell 114, Emily is teaching a class 
today and hoping a tech can deliver a loaner mac 
since their current device is stuck in the 
spinning wheel of death. 

They will be in between classes but do not mind a 
tech interrupting to drop of the loaner and pick 
up the device for assessement.
