term, hoping to be upgraded and delivered back. I 
believe the processing chip was way too old, took 
me well over 5 mins to load my email.

We have a computer that was dropped off to us from 
Logan Hatley. We have been trying to contact them 
to no avail. I was recommended to contact you as a 
potential supervisor. We have had this computer for 
six months and need more information on what they 
want done to it. If you are not a suitable contact

Hi Logan,
Can you give me some more details about why this 
computer was dropped off at ITC. Our front desk 
didn't really document what the issue was?
There was a small note about possibly upgrading 
the drive type to a faster option. If that is what 
you would like to do, we would need a purchase 
request for that.
