Unplugged and plugged monitor back in. It seemed to 
resolve the issue. Instructed Paula that with Mac 
the double monitor set up wouldn't work with the 
configuration they currently have. Told her that 
they could use an HDMI cord to plug the second 
monitor into the Mac and it would use both monitors.

I have the mouse plugged into the monitor. It 
currently work with the laptop and connects via 
the monitor cable connecting to my laptop, its 
just the monitors themselves that aren't 
communicating with my laptop. It keeps saying no 
signal found when I turn it on.
