Hi Sandra,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#85161)

Description: Screen going blank and Getting very 
warm

Looking over the notes of your service request, I 
see that it was determined that your laptop will 
need to be replaced. Technically, a 2019 laptop is 
not yet eligible for replacement, but since it is 
not functional I went ahead and submitted a manual 
request for you.

The request includes a standard 14" Apple MacBook 
Pro laptop, and a new monitor with a built in 
dock. If you need anything beyond the standard 
configuration, please let us know.

My name is Dyllan C. and I am a UCS tech here at 
WOU. I am emailing you regarding a service request 
that we have for you. (#85161)

We emailed you last week about how our one of our 
techs finished working on your laptop and 
it appears we will need to replace this laptop 
(20190421). For this process you need to put in a 
computer replacement request. We will then swap 
that new computer for the loaner you are currently 
using. The WOU number of your previous computer is 
(20190421). We would just like an update when you 
put in this request so we can update your service 
ticket.

Turn computer we have into a loaner, email her with 
th wou number and tell her to put in a new computer 
request, when dropping off new laptop make sure we 
pick up loaner she currently has. Placing 20190421[Edit Inv] 
in box 16

Laptop is getting hot, and the screen goes blank.  We may need to get this replaced.
