I have deployed a policy that *should* give W20200477 the Windows 11 upgrade option in the Windows Update settings.

Please check to see if this is the case when Amber brings her computer in.

After talking to Amber we found it might be better 
for her to drop the laptop off on Thursday because 
she doesn't work on Fridays. We can updated it over 
Friday and have her pick it up on Monday the next 
week.

I'm not sure how long the update will take. We 
haven't mass deployed Windows 11 for updates from 
Windows 10 yet, so I don't have much experience with 
the time it will take. I can head that way right now 
and we can figure it out together though.
