Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

Hi Rip,

John was out last week due to illness and is not 
due back until Wednesday. I am not familiar with 
the Asure ID printer. Brady said he tried to set 
it up last week, but wasn't able to get it 
working. 

I can try to come down and get it setup but it 
will probably be easier to wait for John to walk 
me through the process the first time.

We would like to circle back with you about 
getting this printer installed today. We have a 
number of Community ID cards we need to print and 
really need to make sure we can do this today. The 
software had been installed on laptop 20230514 but 
the license was still being looked for last week.
