Hi Kevin,

Description: Laptop issues, Maybe needs a new one?

There are a lot of things that can be causing a slow or failing laptop, especially given the age of this device.

We ultimately would recommend replacing this device soon, as later next year it will stop receiving security updates and will no longer be supported.

This is a department owned laptop, and currently is listed as a 'APSC 102 MIDI Lab Laptop' which means it is not eligible for a free upgrade, the department would have to pay for a new one if a new one is what is wanted.

Let me know if you would like to come into UCS for us to look at the device, or if you have any additional questions,

Hello,

My MacBook pro (20171245) is not booting up 
completely. I don't have this problem at home, but 
recently, it's been an issue in my office.

What are my options?
