Hi Alexis,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#85246)

We came over to install camtasia on 6 of your 
computers, we were able to install it on 5 of them, 
however we were informed that Merryn is currently 
out of office. If you could let us know when Merryn 
will be back, we can set up a time to come over and 
get Camtasia installed on Merryn's computer!
