Freedom Center said they would possibly replace the 
battery later in the term. I'm closing the ticket 
for now and returning the device to them labeled 
about the battery issue

Hello,
I'm from UCS and I still have one of your macbooks 
I was updating to return to you but this devices 
battery won't charge at all. It is still a useable 
computer but it won't turn on without being 
plugged into power.
We can send it in to Apple and have them replace 
the battery/board but it is out of warranty.
A battery replacement would likely be around $250 
and that is the most common issue given the 
devices indicator.
Would you like us to have that replaced? If so, do 
you have an index you would like it charged 
against?
If you decide not to replace the battery I can 
still return the device to you to use as an always 
plugged in computer.

Battery won't hold a charge. Emailed customer to see 
if they want to pay fora  replacement.
