Hi Arne,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #85282

Description: computer is not starting properly--
stuck in a loop, 

I stopped by at 11 and I assume you guys were in a 
meeting. I saw the computer booted into MacOS. I did 
uninstall Sophos for you, so you should be good to 
go. If you have any other issues feel free to reach 
out.

Hello Arne,

 This is Dyllan from UCS. We were out two days ago 
(10/23/24) working on an issue with your MAC and had 
to leave an install running. I was wondering if this 
fixed the issue? Also, we noticed you are running 
our old antivirus software SOPHOS. Running on this 
will have some interactions that will slow down your 
computer at times. We would like to set up a time to 
switch you over to our new antivirus software 
Sentinel 1.

according to apple reinstalling macos without 
clearing the disk should keep the user data

user also has sophos issue, will need to have fixed  
first thing tommorrow morning, Ferg said he would 
call or email the front desk to update if the os 
install works

tried restarting, didn't do anything, ran first aid 
on the volumes, and started reinstall of ventura
