Setup on 11/5/2024 with Jack/Dyllan Monitor would 
not show all three screens but Kait said it was 
fine as she only plans to use her two main 
monitors. It also kept making a disconnect noise 
but it stopped after replugging in cords.

Hi Kaitlin,

My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS. It shows in 
our system that we have a service ticket #85368 to 
set up some new equipment and receive your old 
equipment. The new equipment is, 2024 Laptop and 
monitor. I would like to set up a time to do this 
next week 11\4 - 11\8. My availability is listed 
below but we have techs anytime from 8am-5pm Monday-
Friday if my availability does not work.

11/5 Tuesday    -  1pm - 5pm
11/6 Wednesday  -  10am - 3:50pm
11/8 Friday     -  10am - 5:00pm
