We have a keyboard, monitor, and mouse for you. I understand that 
you spoke to another tech about this. If you would like we can set it 
up for you. I understand you don 't have much office space at this 
time or we can repurpose the monitor and give it to someone else 
and if you would like we can give you one later.

Went out to install and Users data was all saved 
locally. Her drive was not mapped. She wants all 
her data transferred. David recommends telling 
user we will help transfer her data to home drive. 
Her computer is set up including admin privilege's 
and WIFI. The only thing needed is data transfer 
and monitor install. CAMBELL HALL HAS LIKE NO 
ETHERNET PORTS>

Hello, Dyllan,

Thank you for writing. You already have my 
computer (I initially took it to UCS because the 
screen was broken and they kept it), but I do have 
a loaner and would like all of the information 
that was transferred to the loaner uploaded to the 
new computer rather than struggle retrieving it 
from the cloud. I also have the tote that came 
with it if you would like that.

Without knowing how long it will take to set up 
the new computer, I am available on Wednesdays 
from 12:45-1:15p. Would that work? If we need more 
than 30 minutes I could arrange to come in earlier 
but need to know how much earlier so I can move 
things around.

forward to hearing from you.

Hi Mary,

My name is Dyllan and I work for UCS. It shows in 
our system that we have a service ticket #85370 to 
set up some new equipment and receive your old 
equipment. The new equipment is, 2024 Laptop and 
monitor. I would like to set up a time to do this 
next week 11\4 - 11\8. My availability is listed 
below but we have techs anytime from 8am-5pm Monday-
Friday if my availability does not work.

11/5 Tuesday    -  1pm - 5pm
11/6 Wednesday  -  10am - 3:50pm
11/8 Friday     -  10am - 5:00pm
