Yes you can come pick it up on Thursday, do you 
currently have a loaner? If you do, you will need to 
bring that in with you to pick up your laptop.

Hi Brady (and the rest of UCS),

The laptop is mine and it was fixed recently. I 
apologize that I have not been able to get over 
there to get it, but it has been a crazy month! Can 
I come over on Thursday to pick it up? I think that 
I have to login while it is there and there might be 
one thing to do based on my login.

I apologize if I've already emailed you about this 
laptop. I have this laptop 20200270[Edit Inv] that is sitting 
at UCS. It is currently listed under your name, I 
was wondering if you currently have a computer and 
what computer you have. I can't find a ticket 
associated with this laptop, so I'm hoping you'll 
have some insight into this.
