Hi Camarie,

I've updated your laptop with the latest software and drivers and I've been testing the Mic on zoom calls and it appears 
to be working well.  I did notice that on certain microphone settings the volume can be low but that is because zoom 
does things with noise cancellation
I had the best luck with having the "Automatically adjust microphone volume" turned on and using the medium noise 
suppression setting.

Were you primarily having issues in Zoom or was it another app? Also, are you using a headset?

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #85420

Description: Laptop microphone is cutting out / low 
input volume.

I was wondering if you knew what date next week you 
are coming in to drop off your computer so we can 
fix these issues? Also would you like a Mac or 
Windows loaner computer?
