Good morning Michael!

I was wanting to email you regarding updating to mac os sequoia - currently we have it disabled until ~ the beginning of January as we delay the latest mac os upgrade for around 3 months from it's release to alleviate any bug potentials and other problems.

If you are comfortable with waiting until around that time, sonoma should work and be as up to date as sequoia is now, but if it is a necessary upgrade we can consider allowing your macbook to download the latest OS.

Are there any particular apps or functionalities you were hoping to use on sequoia or any issues that are preventing you from using sonoma adequately?

Michael emailed in requesting help getting his device, 20200876[Edit Inv], up to date to the latest and just released mac OS. We normally prevent the latest mac OS from being downloaded on our devices for around ~3 months from first drop, in order for any problems or bugs to get ironed out by the time we are ready to switch.
