Put Loaner back in loaner box. Gave Brenda back her 
laptop. Apple didn't wipe anything, they just fixed 
the screen so all data was intact.

Hi Brenda,

It looks like your laptop is under warranty but in order to send it in to Apple to fix the screen 
I will need you to remove it from your Apple account. Also, do you have files on the device that 
you need to retrieve since Apple usually wipes devices during the repair process?

Brenda came in this afternoon with a laptop with a 
damaged screen. The laptop seems to be turning on 
but the screen is not functioning correctly. User 
was given a loaner laptop WOU# 20210883[Edit Inv].
