Delivered both computer, 20240034[Edit Inv] , 20240035[Edit Inv] . 
User for 20240034[Edit Inv] was not present. Picked up two 
loaners that need to be two weeksed. 20210582[Edit Inv] 
Jacqlyn , 20210079[Edit Inv] Kaaren. Only issue was the 
epson scanner driver for user had to be download 
from epson website. Also had to make both admins.

Hi Crystal,

Sorry for the delay in getting your laptops back to you. We have been experiencing a 
very unique issue with several of the new models of Dell laptops and yours happened 
to be some of the affected devices.

I have been in correspondence with Dell on the issue and have determined that the 
storage drives seem to be faulty.

Dell is going to send me new storage drives for the affected devices and I will 
install Windows again when I get them.

I'll keep you updated as this issue proceeds to resolution.

20240035[Edit Inv] This laptop has the blue screen of death! 
She did restart it this morning and it did not 
work. It says there is an error with it starting.

20240034[Edit Inv] Is also doin the same thing. It belongs 
to Kaaren, our nurse practitioner. She is not here 
today, but we thought we should get it fixed too.
