Hi Justin,

You should be able to add the football copier by following this guide.

Ricoh Copier Setup Mac



Navigate to the desktop, select the apple icon, then select system properties. Scroll down to the 
bottom of the menu on the left and select printers & scanners.


Select ‘Add printer, Scanner, or Fax’. Search the name of the copier and select it. Make sure you are 
selecting Threesisters –‘Copiername’.


Select ‘Choose a Driver…’, then click ‘Select Software…’


In the Printer Software window, in the filter search, type in the model name of the Ricoh. For that 
copier it will be MPC 4504. If you can't find that driver, you can download and install it from 
Ricoh's website.
