Hi David,

I can come take a look at this issue tomorrow and 
do some testing from my laptop. I'm sure you are 
aware but there are two printers listed for Dev107 
on the Fuji print server. One for B/W and one for 
color. I'll test both tomorrow to make sure they 
are working right.

If you would like to meet me we can work our a 
time but I can try to test it by myself first if 
that would be easier.

May be a print credit thing but I am not sure as he 
mentioned it was reoccurring.

User did mention that he is not able to print after 
trying to and that some students can print and 
others can not

Reoccurring connection issue printer only prints 
w/color option still charges as color option. 
However, when it comes out it is in B&W but 
charges the student for color. No error messages 
at all user says that the printer just will not 
respond.
