Hello, 

It's Sandra Holland.  My laptop WOU# is 20140993[Edit Inv].  
I had turned my computer off on Friday like I do 
every Friday.  
For some reason, after I received the error 
message this morning, my laptop turned off.  I 
turned it back on, and it started working again. 
Last week, it had been acting strange. After I 
would lock the computer, when I came back to log 
back in, the screen on my monitor would be blank, 
and I'd have to open up my laptop cover to bring 
it back.  It happened on an intermittent basis. 

I've been keeping up with the updates as far as I 
can tell.

Hello,

What is the WOU# for the device? Did she attempt 
to update the device before this error occurred?

Hello,

  When Sandra Holland logged in this morning she 
received the following message

Recovery

Your Pc/Device needs to be repaired

A fatal error occurred processing the restoration 
data

File \hiberfil.sys
Error Code 0xc0000225

You'll need to use recovery tools.  If you dont 
have any installation media (like a disc of USB 
device), contact your PC administrator or 
PC/Device manufacturer.
