I'm checking back on SR # 85525 where you were having an error code a couple weeks ago. I 
wanted to check and make sure things are working before I close this ticket.

Can you confirm one way or another for me?

Hi Sandra,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #85525

Description: Error Message (Recovery  Your 
Pc/Device needs to be repaired, etc)

It appears your computer is now working. We 
believe the issue was caused because of an update 
but then corrected itself this happens rarely. If 
everything is in working order you should be fine. 
I just need a response to close your ticket. 

I left you a VM but felt like I stumbled on it I 
apologize.

Hi Sandra,

The error you received when your computer tried to 
hibernate instead of shutdown.

It seems your computer is in working order. Is there 
something that requires the assistance from UCS?

So, I'm a bit confused, as I see I have all my files 
on my computer unless I'm thinking of something 
different?  Is this what I'm supposed to see?

Hi Sandra,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #85525

Description: Error Message (Recovery  Your Pc/Device 
needs to be repaired, etc)

It looks like your computer when it attempted to 
shut down it ran into an error and corrupted your 
operating system of your computer.

We can attempt to recover your local files on your 
computer although it's not a guarantee we can get 
them, before we reimage the computer.

Reimaging your computer would resolve this issue, 
but it will result in a lose of user data.

Please let me know how you want us to proceed.

looks like windows was corrupted and needs to be 
reimaged due to the computer failing to hibernate

Hello, 

It's Sandra Holland.  My laptop WOU# is 20140993[Edit Inv].  
I had turned my computer off on Friday like I do 
every Friday.  
For some reason, after I received the error 
message this morning, my laptop turned off.  I 
turned it back on, and it started working again. 
Last week, it had been acting strange. After I 
would lock the computer, when I came back to log 
back in, the screen on my monitor would be blank, 
and I'd have to open up my laptop cover to bring 
it back.  It happened on an intermittent basis. 

I've been keeping up with the updates as far as I 
can tell.

to update the device before this error occurred?

Hello,

  When Sandra Holland logged in this morning she 
received the following message

Recovery

Your Pc/Device needs to be repaired

A fatal error occurred processing the restoration 
data

File \hiberfil.sys
Error Code 0xc0000225

You'll need to use recovery tools.  If you dont 
have any installation media (like a disc of USB 
device), contact your PC administrator or 
PC/Device manufacturer.

  Is this something you may assist with?
