Chehalis is going to make a habit of restarting once
a week to see if that helps that issue. She will
reach out again if it becomes persistent.

Hi Chehalis,

You may be experiencing network issues either on
your device or in the room you are in/cable you
are connected to.

Do you see a red connection status to the drive
letter when you are having issues accessing the
file?

I know I personally have to restart my computer
about once a week because something is slow or not
working. It's kind of the Microsoft way.

Thanks,
David

****This is an email from Chehalis****
have another service request or question about
the laptop computer that I use in my office Todd
309.

That laptop has the number the following number
20200677[Edit Inv]

This computer sometimes runs into problems opening
up files from external drives. For example, if I
am trying to open up a document that I've saved to
the H drive or K drive, it will show that I can
access the drive - but it won't allow me to open
up any files.

It isn't happening now, so I can't include any
images, but about once a week, I'll try to open up
a file that is saved to the H drive, and it won't
let me open the file - things seem to get stuck.

If I turn off the computer, log out and shut it
down, and open it back up again, then, I can
typically get into the file, but that isn't a
convenient option and suggests something isn't
right with the computer.

Can someone come check it out?
