Feel free to give me a call at your convenience.
I believe that the Mac is not bugging out, but 
possibly, an issue with back end authorization to 
load software to my mac from the web (please check 
for firewall issues and access). Per the Apple Tech 
via phone,  "contact the network admin to fix this 
issue."

I hope you received these images and explanations 
with the work order.

i think this mac needs a reimage since this happened 
before with another user. ref SR#84657

Please create a service ticket to resolve the 
issue on WOU 20220038, my macbook, software update 
and icloud sync Authentication is disabled.

Apples has asked that I reach out to campus IT and 
have them check my admin settings.
