user confirmed that they will drop off their 
device on Thursday 11/21 @ 10:30am. 

user would appreciate if we could lend her a 
loaner while we work on their device.

user had keyboard and mouse connectivity issues.

A simple restart did the fix. But I asked if 
they've ever had their computer updated and they 
said not that they remember. 

I think there's a chance sophos is still installed 
and might cause issues in the future so I 
recommended that she bring her device in for the 
techs to do a systems update.
