Hi Benjamin,

I was able to uninstall and reinstall Adobe. This allowed me to sign in 
and all functions of Adobe are working properly.

Jackie called to report that they are unable to 
edit pdfs on Adobe Acrobat Pro. Jackie said she 
never signed in before and its always worked but 
today her access is restricted. 

Tried to have her sign in but the sign in button 
does not open up or direct her anywhere... 

She is a remote worker, does she need to have VPN 
turned on to be able to sign in?
