Hi Ben,
 
Yesterday morning I was able to edit PDF files as I normally do. When 
I attempted to edit one later in the day, I got the message below. I 
reached out to Joanie, wondering if my license had expired, and she 
put in the service request noting that there were some issues 
popping up with adobe and the software likely needed to be removed 
and reinstalled.

I’m off campus today but will be in on Monday. You can stop by 
anytime between 10am-noon, if that works for you. Or if you want to 
give me instructions, I’m happy to remove/replace Adobe.

I need some additional information regarding service request #85573

Description: needs Adobe uninstalled and reinstalled for the latest 
version

Would it work for you if someone came by today to come and take 
care of it for you, and if so what time would work best for you. If 
today doesn't work let me know when would work best for you so we 
can get it scheduled.
